About Bayyen
What is Bayyen?
Bayyen is an AI assistant specialised in Saudi HR and labor law. Ask in Arabic or English, by text or voice, and get answers grounded in the Labor Law, GOSI and HRSD rules — with a reference to the relevant article.
Is Bayyen legal advice?
No. Bayyen explains the rules, provides structured calculations, and cites the source. For binding decisions or litigation, consult a licensed lawyer or HRSD directly. Every answer includes a disclaimer and recommends a professional when warranted.
What it does
Which Saudi calculators and rules does it cover?
End-of-service benefit, GOSI contributions (for Saudis and expatriates), overtime, annual leave, maternity leave, and your Saudization band (Nitaqat). Each calculation returns the formula and the relevant labor-law article.
Can it draft contracts, letters, and complaints?
Yes. Bayyen drafts compliant employment contracts and termination letters, and prepares a structured labor complaint ready to file with HRSD. You can also upload a contract or document and ask questions about it directly.

How much do the plans cost?
Free Forever: 5 consultations/month plus basic end-of-service & GOSI calculators. Pro SAR 39/month: unlimited text, 60 voice minutes, all calculators, document analysis, contract & complaint drafting, PDF export. Premium SAR 79/month: everything in Pro plus 200 voice minutes and fastest priority. Prices include 15% VAT. For teams/organizations, email sales@bayyen.ai for a plan sized to your headcount with a private agent.
How do you accept payments?
Through Moyasar — mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay. Prices include 15% VAT and you receive a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One-click cancellation from /account/billing. You keep Professional until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to Free automatically. No cancellation fees.
Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored with per-tenant isolation. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). You can request deletion anytime from /account/delete with a 14-day grace period.
Do you sell my data or use it to train models?
No, and no. No sale to third parties, and your conversations are not used to train models. Your data is for service delivery only.
