- Open the consultants page Tap “Talk to a human” in a chat, or go to Consultants from your account menu.
- Pick a consultant and a time Each consultant lists their specialty, languages, and open time slots. Times show in your local timezone.
- Confirm the booking Booking uses one of your plan's monthly consultations. Free plans don't include any — upgrade to book.
- Join at the scheduled time You'll get a video link by email and under My appointments. Open it at the time to meet your consultant.
Become a consultant
For professionals who want to offer sessions
- Request consultant access Contact us to apply. Our team reviews your specialty and enables your consultant account.
- Set up your profile From the Consultant dashboard, add your specialty, languages, a short bio, and your payout (IBAN) details.
- Publish your availability Add the time windows you're free. Users can only book slots you've opened.
- Host and get paid When someone books, you host the video session from your dashboard. You're paid monthly for completed sessions.

AI chat and voice follow your plan's usual limits. Live human consultations are a separate monthly allowance — see the plans page.
What if I miss my time?
The join link stays under My appointments. If you can't attend, contact support and we'll help you reschedule.
How are consultants paid?
Each booked session accrues to your earnings at your agreed rate, paid out monthly to your IBAN.
